about me...
I grew up outside of Boston, in Natick, MA. I began my college career studying
physics at Bates College in Lewiston, ME, where I also competed on both the
women's basketball and tennis teams. While at Bates, I grew an interest for design
and took part in a pre-architecture semester abroad program in Florence, Italy.
After all of these experiences, I was certain that a career in design was for me and
quickly found industrial design to be the perfect fit after an intro. course at an area
college. Now a product design graduate of the Academy of Art University, I am
excited to begin my career and am passionate about creating concepts and
products that make a real positive impact in people's lives and on the world as a
whole, without compromising effects on the environment.
Additional Interests: Sustainable design, sailing, running, basketball, tennis,
dancing, laughing, the ocean, nature, being outdoors, Italy, fruit, photography
